The theme of ICICSys aims to bring together researchers and industry experts from around the world to discuss the latest research findings, application developments, and future trends in systems and communication technology. The conference will cover several important topics, including intelligent communication, next-generation network systems, signal processing, intelligent transmission, communication security and intelligent system architecture, striving to provide participants with an open platform for academic exchange.

All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing. All submissions will be checked for reference authenticity.
